im facing a strange situation. we have ad w2008 with rdp servers running application. so users use RDP connections via site to site ipsec to the servers (we have multiple locations). i deployed local network printers for each location from the AD to rdp servers using GPO (settings were correct before deployment) and all works fine, however one printer (label printer DYMO 450) is randomly changing paper size in its preferences. printing defaults are set to have paper size of 'Address' but sometimes and this been happening alot lately users call me and say that the printer is printing out blank labels. so when i check printer properties it shows in the window the correct paper size however when i hit printer preferences advanced tab and paper size/output it shows something else 'badge' or 'shipping' labels thus causing some sort of...
